فون شته های (Hem.: Aphididae) منطقه سامان در استان چهارمحال و بختیاری

چکیده

فون شته ­های (Hemiptera: Aphididea) شهر سامان (استان چهار­محال و بختیاری) طی سال­ های 1396 -1395 بررسی شد. نمونه ­ها به صورت مستقیم توسط یک قلم­موی ظریف و یا با ضربه زدن گیاهان روی یک سینی سفید جمع­ آوری شدند و در میکروتیوب ­های 2 میلی لیتری در الکل 75 % نگه­داری شدند. نمونه­ های جمع­ آوری شده به صورت اسلاید میکروسکوپی درآمدند و بر اساس ویژگی­ های ریختی شناسایی انجام شد. در مجموع 38 گونه و 22 جنس از خانواده Aphididae به شرح زیر شناسایی شد. گزارش­ های جدید برای فون چهار­محال و بختیاری با یک ستاره در بالای نام گونه­ ها مشخص شده ­اند.

چکیده [English]

Fauna of aphids (Hemiptera: Aphididea) of Saman Region in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province has been investigated during 2016-2017. The specimens were collected directly from plants by a fine brush or by beating the plants on a white tray and then preserved in Eppendorf tubes (2 ml) containing 75% alcohol. The collected specimens were mounted on slides and identified based on morphological characters. Totally 38 species in 22 genera of family, Aphididae, were identified as follows. New records for Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province are marked by an asterisk.
