ترجیح طعمه لارو پشه (Diptera: Cecidomyiidae) Aphidoletes aphidimyza Rondani نسبت به شته های مومی کلم، جالیز و اقاقیا در شرایط آزمایشگاهی

پرورش انبوه و استفاده از شکارگرها در برنامه های کنترل آفات، مستلزم آگاهی از مناسب ترین طعمه برای تغذیه آن هاست. ترجیح لاروهای چهار روزه پشه شکارگرAphidoletes aphidomyza Rondani، نسبت به پوره های سن سوم شته های جالیز Aphis gossypii Goeze، اقاقیاAphis craccivora Koch و مومی کلم Linnaeus Brevicoryne brassicae در تراکم یکسان، در شرایط آزمایشگاه (دمای1 ± 22 درجه سلسیوس و رطوبت نسبی 5 ± 70 درصد، با دوره نوری 16 : 8 روشنایی به تاریکی) بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که ترجیح لاروهای این پشه نسبت به شته مومی کلم بیشتر (بیش از 40 درصد) از شته های جالیز و اقاقیا است (P <0.0001) . شاخص آلفای منلی (α) به ترتیب برای شته مومی کلم، جالیز و اقاقیا 498/0، 330/0 و 168/0 به دست آمد. در این بررسی مشخص شد که لارو پشه فوق نقش موثرتری را در کنترل شته مومی کلم نسبت به شته های جالیز و اقاقیا ایفا می کند.

It is necessary to have enough knowledge on the preferred prey of the insect predators before to mass rearing and using them in pest control programs. Prey preference of four days old Aphidoletes aphidomyza Rondani larvae to three prey species as Aphis craccivora Koch, Aphis gosssypii Goeze and Brevicoryne brassicae L. was evaluated under laboratory conditions (22±1°C and 70±5% RH, with a 16:8 L: D hours photoperiod). The results showed that the larvae of A. aphidimyza preferred B. brassicae (more than 40%) to A. gosssypii and A. craccivora (P <0.0001). The manly´s α index of B. brassicae, A. gossypii and A. craccivora were also 0.498, 0.33 and 0.168, respectively indicating the same trend of prey preference. The results showed that the larvae of this predator play an important role in controlling of B. brassicae rather than A. gossypii and A. craccivora.
