In this study, seven species belonging to five genera were collected and identified. All identified species are new for mite fauna of Guilan Province. The species <em>Anidogamasus celticus</em> (Bhattacharyya), <em>A. wasmanni</em> (Oudemans), <em>Dyoneogamasus speculiger</em> (Athias-Henriot), <em>Holoparasitus tuberculatus</em> Juvara-Bals, <em>Pergamasus</em> (<em>Pergamasus</em>)<em> </em><em>beklemischevi</em> Sellnick,  <em>P</em>. (<em>Thenargamasus</em>) <em>quisquiliarum</em> (G. & R. Canestrini) and <em>T</em><em>omeogamasus falculiger </em>(Berlese)  are new records for mite’s fauna of Guilan province and <em>Anidogamasus celticus</em> (Bhattacharyya), <em>A. wasmanni</em> (Oudemans), <em>Dyoneogamasus speculiger</em> (Athias-Henriot), <em>Holoparasitus tuberculatus</em> Juvara-Bals, and <em>Pergamasus</em> (<em>Pergamasus</em>)<em> </em><em>beklemischevi</em> Sellnick for mite’s fauna of Iran.
