To determine the effect of temperature on biological characters of<em> A</em>. <em>punicae</em>, its fertility life table was studied by leaf cages on pomegranate leaves in four temperatures (19, 22, 25 and 27ºC). Also effect of pomegranate cultivars on seasonal fluctuations and life table parameters of <em>A. punicae</em> were investigated by weekly sampling from infested trees of ten cultivars in natural conditions and by using leaf cages on leaves of three cultivars (Shishepag, Robab, Shahreza) in greenhouse, respectively. Results showed that the estimated intrinsic rate of increase was significantly different between four temperatures and its highest value found in 27°C. Also, field results indicated that aphid density was significantly different between tested cultivars and the highest and lowest aphid densities were observed in Robab Shiraz and Rodbar cultivars, respectively. Based on estimated parameters of the fertility life table, the highest intrinsic rate of increase and finite rate of increase and also the lowest mean nymphal development time and mean generation time were occurred on Shishe-pag cultivar followed by Robab cultivar that indicated these cultivars are more suitable for development and population growth of pomegranate aphid.  یکی از مهم ­ترین شته­ های فعال روی درخت انار، شته سبز انار (<em>Aphis punicae</em> (Hem.: Aphididae می­ باشد. برای بررسی تأثیر دما بر ویژگی­ های زیستی شته انار، پارامترهای مهم جدول زندگی-باروری در چهار دمای 19، 22، 25 و 27 درجه سلسیوس، روی برگ انار با استفاده از قفس برگی محاسبه شد. همچنین تاثیر ارقام مختلف انار بر نوسانات فصلی شته با نمونه ­برداری از ده رقم انار به صورت هفتگی در طول فعالیت شته در شرایط صحرایی و پارامترهای جدول زندگی باروری آن، بر روی نهال­ های سه رقم انار در گلخانه بررسی شد. نرخ ذاتی افزایش جمعیت در چهار دمای 19، 22، 25 و 27 درجه سلسیوس تفاوت معنی­ دار داشت و بالاترین میزان آن مربوط به دمای 27 درجه سلسیوس بود. همچنین داده­ های صحرایی نشان داد تراکم شته بر روی ارقام مختلف انار دارای تفاوت معنی ­دار است به­ طوری­ که بیشترین و کمترین تراکم جمعیت شته در طول فصل به ­ترتیب بر روی رقم رباب شیراز و رقم رودبار مشاهده شد. پارامترهای جدول زندگی باروری نشان دادند که بیشترین نرخ ذاتی افزایش جمعیت و نرخ متناهی افزایش جمعیت و کمترین میانگین طول دوره پورگی و میانگین طول یک نسل شته انار روی رقم شیشه پگ و پس از آن رباب شیراز حاصل می شود که نشان دهنده مناسب بودن این ارقام برای رشد و نمو و افزایش جمعیت شته انار می ­باشد. https://iprj.guilan.ac.ir/article_1708_9b600d0e17c98404db549d9ea24a69a5.pdf
