تأثیر محلولپاشی خیار با کود Fosfalim-k بر برخی از صفات گیاه میزبان و پارامترهای زیستی کنه تارتن دولکهای
مدیریت تلفیقی آفات، ترکیبی از روشهای مختلف کنترل برای نگه داشتن جمعیت آفات زیر آستانه زیان اقتصادی است که یکی از این روشها، ایجاد مقاومت در گیاه علیه آفات است. عوامل مختلفی نظیر مصرف کودها، آبیاری به موقع و ایجاد شرایط بهینه برای گیاه روی مقاومت آن نسبت به آفات تأثیرگذار است. به منظور بررسی امکان ایجاد مقاومت در خیار در مقابل کنه تارتن دولکهای از طریق محلولپاشی دو عنصر پتاسیم و فسفر، جدول زندگی این کنه روی خیار رقم کیش مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت و کود فسفالیم-کا که حاوی هر دو عنصر پتاسیم و فسفراست، با چهار غلظت 0، 1، 10 و 30 میلیلیتر بر لیتر در سه نوبت محلولپاشی شد. تاثیر کود بر صفات گیاه میزبان شامل وزن تر و خشک، پروتئین کل، کلروفیل، کاروتنوئید، میزان فعالیت آنزیمهای آسکوربات پراکسیداز، گایاکول پراکسیداز و کاتالاز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جدول زندگی دوجنسی ویژه سن-مرحله زیستی کنه با استفاده از برنامه TWOSEX-MSChart تجزیه و تحلیل شد. غلظت 30 میلیلیتر بر لیتر سبب ایجاد گیاهسوزی در میزبان شد و از نتایج حذف شد. نتایج نشان داد که آنزیمهای کاتالاز، آسکوربات پراکسیداز و رنگدانه کاروتنوئید در پاسخ به محلول پاشی کود (غلظت 10 میلیلیتر بر لیتر) به طور معنیداری افزایش یافت. وزن تر، خشک و کلروفیل برگها هم تحت تأثیر این غلظت از کود کاهش یافت. برخی از پارامترهای جدول زندگی کنه تارتن دولکهای، شامل λ، R0 و rدر غلظت 10 میلیلیتر بر لیتر کاهش معنیداری را نسبت به شاهد نشان داد. بنابراین، محلولپاشی گیاه خیار با کود فسفالیم-کا میتواند سبب کاهش زندهمانی و زادآوری کنه تارتن دولکهای شود و بهترین غلظت آن، 10 میلیلیتر بر لیتر است.

تاثیر کشت نواری توت فرنگی با گشنیز در کنترل کنه تارتن دولکه ای، (Tetranychus urticae (Acari: Tetranychidae
گیاه گشنیز، Coriandrum sativum L.، که در بررسی حاضر به اختصار Co نگاشته می شود، گیاه علفی یکساله آروماتیکی از تیره Apiaceae است. در این مطالعه، کشت نواری گشنیز و توت فرنگی، Fragaria ananassa Duchesne که به اختصار S نگاشته می شود، در دو الگوی 2S:2Co و 5S:2Co (نسبت های ردیف) در کنترل کنه تارتن دولکه ای، Tetranychus urticae Koch، بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که کشت های نواری گشنیز و توت فرنگی تراکم تخ مهای کنه تارتن دولک های را در مقایسه با تککشتی توت فرنگی به طور معنی داری کاهش دادند. همچنین، تراکم مراحل متحرک کنه تارتن دولکه ای در کشت های نواری، به خصوص 2S:2Co به طور معنی داری کمتر از تک کشتی توت فرنگی بود. علاوه بر آن، نسبت برابری زمین (LER) (که برای ارزیابی برتری عملکرد کشت های نواری استفاده می شود) در کشت های نواری، به ویژه 2S:2Co (413/1 در سال 1396 و 430/1 در سال 1397) بیشتر از عدد یک به دست آمد. این نتایج نشان می دهد که کشت نواری توت فرنگی با گشنیز می تواند با کاهش جمعیت کنه تارتن دولکه ای و افزایش عملکرد محصولات، در برنامه های مدیریت تلفیقی کنه دولکه ای سودمند باشد.

ویژگی های زیست شناسی کنه قرمز مرکبات، (Panonychus citri (McGregor) (Acari: Tetranychidae مانند دوره زندگی، نتاج فراوان و تولیدمثل نرزایی باعث شده تا توانایی بالایی در گسترش مقاومت به کنهکشها داشته باشد. یکی از ترکیبات توصیه شده توسط سازمان حفظ نباتات برای کنترل کنه قرمز مرکبات، بروموپروپیلات است. در این تحقیق میزان مقاومت این کنه به بروموپروپیلات مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. آزمون های زیست سنجی سموم و سینرژیستها با برج پاشش انجام شد. نتایج نشان دهنده مقاومت 63/10 برابری این کنه نسبت به بروموپروپیلات می باشد. پیش تیمار جمعیت حساس (SP) کنه قرمز مرکبات با بازدارنده سیتوکروم اکسیداز (PBO)، بازدارنده استراز (TPP) و بازدارنده گلوتاتیون اس-ترانسفراز (DEM) سمیت بروموپروپیلات را به ترتیب 58/5، 89/5 و 59/4 برابر افزایش داد، در حالی که این نسبت ها برای جمعیت مقاوم (RP) به ترتیب 44/2، 51/2 و 38/2 برابر بود. نتایج آزمون های سینرژیستی نشان دهنده ی عدم دخالت آنزیم های استرازی، گلوتاتیون اس-ترانسفراز و مونواکسیژناز در مقاومت به بروموپروپیلات می باشند. هرچند که میزان فعالیت سیستم مونواکسیژناز، آلفا-، بتا- استراز و گلوتاتیون اس-ترانسفراز در جمعیت مقاوم به ترتیب 39/1، 70/1، 83/1 و 34/1 برابر بیشتر از جمعیت حساس بود. اندازه گیری فراسنجه های کینتیکی نشان دهنده تغییر کیفی در آنزیم های استرازی و گلوتاتیون اس-ترانسفرازی می باشد. دلیل افزایش فعالیت آنزیم های سم زدا ممکن است ناشی از کاربرد کنه کش هایی باشد که علیه جمعیت مقاوم در باغ های مرکبات به کار برده شده است. بنابراین به احتمال سازوکارهایی غیر از مقاومت متابولیکی مانند غیرحساس شدن مکان هدف یا کاهش نفوذ، دلیل بروز مقاومت می باشد. برای جلوگیری از توسعه بیشتر مقاومت ضروری است علاوه بر کاهش مصرف بروموپروپیلات، از کنه کش هایی با شیوه تاثیر متفاوت استفاده شود.

تأثیر تراکم کاشت و رقم های مختلف لوبیا بر جمعیت کنه تارتن دولکه ای Tetranychus urticae و تریپس پیاز Thrips tabaci در شرایط مزرعه ای
لوبیا معمولی گیاهی است که در سراسر جهان برای تغذیه کشت می شود. کنه تارتن دولکه ای، Tetranychus urticae Koch و تریپس پیاز، Thripstabaci Lindeman از آفات مهم لوبیا هستند که همه ساله مقدار زیادی حشره کش برای کنترل آنها به کار می رود. یکی از راهکارهای مهم در برنامه های مدیریت تلفیقی آفات، روش کنترل زراعی است. این تحقیق با هدف بررسی تاثیر رقم و تراکم کاشت لوبیا روی تراکم این آفات در مزرعه ی لوبیا در شهرستان بروجرد (استان لرستان) ایران انجام شد. این تحقیق به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک های تصادفی کامل (سه رقم اختر، درخشان و ۲۸۵ در پنج تراکم کشت 20، 30، 40، 50 و 60 بوته در متر مربع) انجام شد. روش نمونه برداری ها به صورت هفتگی بود و در هر تاریخ نمونه برداری، تعداد هر آفت به ثبت رسید. نتایج حاضر نشان داد که رقم لوبیا روی میزان تخم کنه تارتن و همچنین میزان جمعیت کل و لارو سن یک تریپس تاثیر معنیداری دارد. تراکم بوته نیز به صورت معنیداری روی جمعیت هر دو آفت تاثیر گذاشت. تاثیر متقابل رقم و تراکم روی جمعیت هر دو آفت غیر معنی دار بود. به طور کلی، بیشترین و کمترین تراکم کل کنه تارتن به ترتیب در رقم درخشان و تراکم کشت 60 بوته در متر مربع و رقم 258 و تراکم کشت 20 بوته در متر مربع مشاهده شد. کمترین و بیشترین تراکم کل تریپس پیاز به ترتیب در رقم اختر و تراکم کشت 60 بوته در متر مربع و رقم اختر و تراکم کشت 20 بوته در متر مربع دیده شد. نتایج مطالعه حاضر به منظور توسعه برنامه IPM در مزارع لوبیا قابل توصیه می باشد.

تاثیر حشره کشی اسانس گیاه بادرشبو Dracocephalum moldavica روی زنبور پارازیتوئید Habrobracon hebetor و میزبان های آن Anagasta kuehniella و Plodia interpunctella
زنبور Habrobracon hebetor Say، پارازیتوئید بیرونی مرحله ی لاروی تعداد زیادی از شب پره ها محسوب می شود. در این مطالعه، سمیت اسانس گیاه بادرشبو (Dracocephalum moldavica L.) روی شب پره ی مدیترانه ای آرد (Anagasta kuehniella Zeller)، شب پره ی هندی (Plodia interpunctella Hübner) و زنبور پارازیتوئید H. hebetor مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. اسانس گیاه بادرشبو به روش تقطیر با بخار آب با استفاده از دستگاه کلونجر استخراج شد و ترکیبات شیمیایی آن با استفاده از دستگاه کروماتوگرافی گازی متصل به طیف سنج جرمی (GC-MS) شناسایی شدند. Piperitenone Oxide (03/19 درصد)، Piperitone Oxide (74/13 درصد) و Citral (79/9 درصد) به عنوان ترکیبات اصلی اسانس بادرشبو می باشند. غلظت کشنده ی 50 درصد (LC50) اسانس مذکور علیه حشرات کامل زنبور پارازیتوئید H. hebetor و حشرات کامل شب پره های A. kuehniella و P. interpunctellaبه ترتیب 995/0، 631/9 و 252/10 میکرولیتر بر لیتر هوا به دست آمد. به منظور ارزیابی تاثیر زیرکشندگی، حشرات کامل زنبور پارازیتوئید در معرض غلظت زیرکشنده 25 درصد اسانس گیاه بادرشبو قرار داده شدند و سپس شاخص های جمعیت شناسی زنبورهای پارازیتوئید زنده مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. نرخ ذاتی افزایش جمعیت (r)، نرخ متناهی افزایش جمعیت (λ)، نرخ خالص تولیدمثل (R0)، نرخ ناخالص تولیدمثلی (GRR) و متوسط زمان یک نسل (T) زنبور پارازیتوئید، به طور معنی داری تحت تاثیر غلظت مورد مطالعه ی اسانس کاهش پیدا کرد. نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که اسانس گیاه بادرشبو می تواند در مدیریت شب پره ی مدیترانه ای آرد و شب پره ی هندی موثر واقع شود. با این وجود، کاربرد همزمان اسانس بادرشبو و زنبور پارازیتوئید H. hebetor جهت مدیریت آفات مذکور، با توجه به سمیت و اثرات دموگرافیکی منفی اسانس روی زنبور پارازیتوئید، پیشنهاد نمی شود.

برهمکنش مخلوط حشره کش های هگزافلومورون و فلوبن دیامید روی لارو بید کلم Plutella xylostella
بید کلم نسبت به حشره کش ها مقاومت ذاتی بالایی دارد. یکی از راهکارهای کاهش سرعت رشد مقاومت به آفت کش ها، استفاده از مخلوط حشره کش ها با نحوه تاثیر متفاوت است. در این تحقیق حشره کش های هگزافلومورون و فلوبندیامید به تنهایی و مخلوط با هم، روی لارو سن سوم بید کلم مورد آزمایش قرار گرفتند. در اختلاط نیز سه غلظت از هر حشره کش استفاده شد. مقدار LC50 برای لارو سن سوم، 48/1 و 27/10 میلی گرم بر لیتر به ترتیب برای فلوبندیامید و هگزافلومورون محاسبه شد. زیست سنجی ترکیب دو حشرهکش فوق روی لارو سن سوم نشان داد که اختلاط در غلظت های پایین دو حشره کش اثر تشدیدکنندگی دارد، اما اختلاط در غلظت های بالای هر دوی آنها دارای اثر برهمکنش از نوع تجمعی است. اضافه کردن غلظت های پایین حشره کش فلوبندیامید به هگزافلومورون میتواند ضمن افزایش مرگ و میر لاروها، فاصله زمانی بین تیمار- مرگ و میر را کاهش داده و در نهایت درصد خسارت لاروها را بعد از سمپاشی کاهش دهد. بنابراین استفاده از مخلوط حشره کش ها در مدیریت بید کلم با توصیه کارشناس و در یک محدوده غلظت از آنها امکان پذیر است.

اولین گزارش خسارت کنه پهن زرد (Polyphagotarsonemus latus (Acari: Tarsonemidae از باغهای چای استان گیلان
در پژوهشی با عنوان شناسایی بندپایان مرتبط با چای در سالهای 1397 و 1398 نمونههایی از برگ و سرشاخههای آلوده به کنه های پهن (Broad mite) خانواده تارسونمیده (Tarsonemidae) جمع آوری شد. کنههای موجود از اندام های آلوده جداسازی شدند و پس از شفاف نمودن در محلول نسبیت در محیط هویر از آنها اسلاید میکروسکوپی تهیه شد. کنهها با استفاده از منابع معتبر شناسایی شدند. برای اولین بار از بین کنههای جمع آوری شده گونه (Banks, 1904) Polyphagotarsonemus latus از روی چای از استان گیلان شناسایی شد. علائم خسارت این کنه به صورت بدشکلی، پیچیدگی، تیره و ضخیم شدن برگ و بدشکلی سرشاخهها و جوانهها، نمایان میشود. خسارت این آفت روی سرشاخهها و جوانههای چای بسیار شدید است. این اولین گزارش از وجود کنه پهن زرد (P. latus) روی چای در باغ های چای شمال ایران می باشد.
