This research was designed to determine interaction and the priority and delay of using two control factors including the parasitoid wasp, Trichogramma brassicae (Hym.: Trichogrammatidae) and UV-C radiation in controlling the egg stage of potato tuber moth (PTM), which has the least adverse effect on T. brassicae. The rate of oviposition and emergence of parasitoid on irradiated and control eggs was investigated. Also, ultraviolet rays were applied for 0, 8, 10, and 12 minutes on 1, 2, and 3-day-old eggs of PTM in two pre-parasitized conditions, and the second mode of irradiation was performed after parasitization, and the rate of parasitoid emergence was evaluated. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups of eggs irradiated by UV-C rays and the control treatment. In UV-C irradiation on the parasitized PTM eggs, the percentage of parasitoid emergence decreased with the increase in the duration of irradiation, and in the case of irradiated-parasitized eggs, the rate of parasitoid emergence increased compared to the parasitized-irradiated eggs. The results of this study showed that 3-day-old eggs were more sensitive to ultraviolet rays than 1 and 2-day-old eggs. Also, the rate of emergence of parasitoid from irradiated-then-parasitized eggs increased compared to the parasitized-irradiated eggs. Therefore, in the simultaneous use of T. brassicae and UV-C radiation in controlling the egg stage of this pest and other target pests, first UV-C radiation and then release of T. brassicae is recommended.}, keywords = {Potato tuber moth,Trichogramma parasitoid,ultraviolet radiation}, title_fa = {بررسی تاثیر اشعه ماوراء بنفش و زنبور پارازیتوئیدTrichogramma brassicae در کنترل مرحله تخم بید سیب‌زمینی Phthorimaea operculella}, abstract_fa = {بید سیبزمینیPhthorimaea operculella Zeller (Lep.: Gelechiidae) ، یکی از آفات کلیدی گیاه سیبزمینی در مزارع و انبارها میباشد. تحقیق حاضر بهمنظور ارزیابی برهمکنش و تعیین تقدم و تاخر استفاده از دو عامل زنبور پارازیتوئید Trichogramma brassicae (Hym.: Trichogrammatidae) و اشعه ماوراء بنفش UV-C در کنترل مرحله تخم بید سیبزمینی که کمترین اثر سوء روی زنبور تریکوگراما داشته باشد، طراحی شد. میزان تخمریزی و ظهور زنبور پارازیتوئید روی تخمهای پرتودهیشده و شاهد بررسی شد. همچنین، اشعه ماوراء بنفش به مدت 0، 8، 10 و 12 دقیقه روی تخمهای 1، 2 و 3 روزه بید سیبزمینی در دو حالت پرتودهی قبل از پارازیته شدن و پرتودهی بعد پارازیته شدن انجام شد و میزان ظهور پارازیتوئید ارزیابی شد. نتایج نشان داد اختلاف معنیداری در میزان ظهور بین تخمهای پرتودهیشده بهوسیله اشعه UV-C با تیمار شاهد وجود نداشت. در پرتودهی UV-C روی تخمهای بید سیبزمینی- پارازیته شده با افزایش مدت زمان پرتودهی درصد ظهور زنبور پارازیتوئید کاهش یافت و در حالت تخم پرتودهیشده- پارازیته شده نسبت به تخم پارازیته شده- پرتودهی شده میزان ظهور پارازیتوئید بیشتر شد. نتایج این بررسی نشان داد که تخمهای سه روزه نسبت به تخمهای یک و دو روزه حساسیت بیشتری به اشعه ماوراء بنفش داشتند. همچنین، میزان ظهور زنبور از تخمهای پرتودهیشده- سپس پارازیته نسبت به تخمهای پارازیته- پرتودهیشده، بیشتر شد. بنابراین، در استفاده همزمان و توام زنبور تریکوگراما و اشعه UV-C در کنترل مرحله تخم این آفت و سایر آفات هدف ابتدا اشعه UV-C و سپس، رها سازی زنبور تریکوگراما قابل توصیه میباشد.}, keywords_fa = {اشعه ماوراء بنفش,تخم بید سیب‌زمینی,زنبور پارازیتوئید تریکوگراما}, url = {https://iprj.guilan.ac.ir/article_6104.html}, eprint = {https://iprj.guilan.ac.ir/article_6104_7eda916e728166a1255d2d75c07dd297.pdf} }
