Oenopia conglobata contaminata (Col.: Coccinellidae) is one of the major predators of pests in the Orchards in Iran. The effect of five constant temperatures of 22.5, 25, 27.5, 30 and 32.5ºC on the development of the predator by feeding on pomegranate green aphid, Aphis punicae (Hem.: Aphididae) under laboratory conditions (55±5 RH and 16L: 8D h) was investigated. The developmental time of O. conglobata contaminata were 20.37, 18.31, 16.39, 14.34 and 11.74 days on above mentioned temperatures, respectively. The results showed that developmental time decreased with increasing temperatures. The lowest mortality was observed at 27.5oC and the lowest survival rate was recorded for eggs whereas survival of first instars larvae and pupae had the highest survival at above-mentioned temperatures. The results indicated that there were significant differences for developmental times in different temperature and moreover, 27.5 to 32.5oCwere optimum temperatures for the rearing of the lady beetle. The survival rate was determined to reduce at lower and higher temperatures than optimal. Lower temperature threshold and thermal constant for egg, total larval period, pupa and egg to adult by feeding on green pomegranate aphid were 8.32, 8.52, 9.34, 9.34oC and 59.17, 163.93, 56.17, 285.71 degree-day, respectively.}, keywords = {Aphis punicae,Biology,Oenopia conglobata contaminata,Temperature threshold}, title_fa = {اثر دما بر برخی پارامترهای زیستی کفشدوزک (Oenopia conglobata contaminata, (Menetries با تغذیه از شته‏ ی سبز انارAphis punicae Pass. در شرایط آزمایشگاهی}, abstract_fa = {ویژگی‌هایی مانند دوره رشدی کوتاه‌تر، باروری بالاتر و درشتی بدن دشمنان طبیعی حشرات، برای تولید انبوه آن‌ها به عنوان عوامل کنترل بیولوژیک مهم هستند. کفشدوزک Oenopia conglobata contaminata (Col.: Coccinellidae)  یکی از شکارگرهای مهم آفات در باغ های ایران است. در این پژوهش تاثیر پنج دمای ثابت 5/22، 25، 5/27، 30 و 5/32 درجه سلسیوس بر دوره رشد این کفشدوزک با تغذیه از شته‏ ی سبز انار Aphis punicae (Hem.: Aphididae) در شرایط آزمایشگاهی با رطوبت نسبی 5±55 درصد و دوره‌ی نوری 16 ساعت روشنایی و 8 ساعت تاریکی بررسی شد. میانگین طول دوره‏ی رشدی از تخم تا حشره کامل در دماهای فوق به‎ترتیب 079/0±37/20، 331/0±31/18، 231/0±39/16، 17/1±34/14 و 16/1±74/11 روز بود. نتایج نشان داد که طول دوره‏ ی رشد و نمو با افزایش دما کاهش می‏ یابد. کم‌ترین میزان مرگ و میر در دمای 5/27 درجه مشاهده شد. کم‌ترین زنده ‏مانی در دماهای مختلف برای مرحله تخم و بیشترین زنده‏مانی برای لارو سن یک و شفیره به‏دست آمد. بین اثر دما بر طول هر یک از دوره‏ های رشدی کفشدوزک اختلاف معنی‏ داری وجود داشت و دمای 5/27 تا 5/32 درجه‏ ی سلسیوس دمای بهینه برای پرورش این کفشدوزک بود. هم‏چنین مشخص شد که میزان بقای کفشدوزک با فاصله گرفتن از دمای بهینه، در دماهای بالاتر و پایین ‏تر کاهش می‎یابد. آستانه‏ های پایین رشد برای مرحله‏ ی تخم، لارو، شفیره و کل دوره‏ ی تخم تا حشره ‏ی کامل با تغذیه از شته‏ ی سبز انار به‎ترتیب 32/8، 52/8، 34/9 و 34/9 درجه‏ی سلسیوس به ‏دست آمد و ثابت حرارتی برای مراحل رشدی بالا به‎ترتیب 17/59، 93/163، 17/56 و 71/285 روز- درجه تخمین زده شد.}, keywords_fa = {آستانه حرارتی، زیست‌شناسی، Aphis punicae,Oenopia conglobata contaminata}, url = {https://iprj.guilan.ac.ir/article_510.html}, eprint = {https://iprj.guilan.ac.ir/article_510_96b43d4a0f42c2506703ac5531622e7e.pdf} }
