In this investigation, eggs, different larval stages and pupae of Ber (Konar) fruit fly were collected from natural areas to evaluate the potential of parasitism of this parasitoid. Each of all stages was counted and allowed to grow separately into Petri dishes contained soft soil, with enough aeration. The percentage of parasitism was evaluated monthly. Some parasitic behaviors were studied by direct observation on establishing wasps on the non-infested and infested Ber fruits in experimental tubes. The research was conducted in a complete randomized design with five replications, with four treatments (Wasp sitting on non infested fruit, Wasp just movings toward on non infested fruit, Wasp sitting and search on infested fruit and Wasp Just movings toward on infested fruit) and carried out for three years by using an alfactometer system. Pre-oviposition period of the wasp was 9 ± 1.6 days. Third instar larvae changed into pupa after 5± 2 days. Pupal period was 6 ± 2 days. Male and female longevity was 15 ± 4 and 22 ± 5 days, respectively. The female wasp with a long ovipositor can parasitize host eggs and young larvae that are completely concealed in fruits. The observations and statistical analysis showed that, at first female wasps attracted towards fruits infested with eggs or larvae of fruit fly, by using some chemicals, which were probably released on Konar fruits at the time of oviposition by fly (F=4.37, df=3,16, P<0.05). The female wasp started to move for searching, found larvae and eggs on the fruits by using probable chemical materials (odor) and antennal searching, then released and established only one egg into the host body after digging a hole under fruit skin. The parasitoid emerged from puparium of host fly after its completing development by killing the host. The statistical data showed differences in parasitism potential of this wasp during different months of the year, as it ranged from 7% in January to 49.6 % in December. The mean percentage of parasitism in the Samal zone of Bushehr Province was estimated 24±3.3% over a three year period.}, keywords = {Carpomya vasuviana,Ziziphus,Fopius carpomyiae,Parasitism mechanism}, title_fa = {بررسی پارازیتیسم مگس میوه کنار (Carpomya vesuviana Costa (Diptera: Tephritidae توسط زنبور پارازیتویید Fopius carpomyiae (Silvestri) (Hymenoptera: Braconidae) در استان بوشهر}, abstract_fa = {زنبور (Fopius carpomyiae (Silvestri از خانواده براکنیده و زیرخانواده Opiinae پارازیتویید مگس میوة کنار (Carpomya vesuviana Costa) یکی از آفات کلیدی گونه‌های مختلف جنس کنار (spp. Ziziphus) در مناطق جنوبی ایران است. به منظور تعیین درصد پارازیتیسم این زنبور، تخم‌ها و لاروهای سنین مختلف و شفیرهی مگس میوه کنار از طبیعت جمع‌آوری شد. هر یک از مراحل زندگی حشره بهطور جداگانه داخل ظروف تشتک پتری‌ محتوی خاک نرم و دارای تهویه قرار داده شدند. سپس درصد پارازیتیسم آنها در هر ماه تعیین شد. برخی از رفتارهای پارازیتوئید با قرار دادن زنبورهای بالغ درون لولههای آزمایشگاهی محتوی میوههای سالم و آفت زده و مشاهده مستقیم بررسی شد. همچنین با آزمایش آماری در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 4 تیمار (نشستن زنبور روی میوه سالم، فقط رفتن به طرف میوه سالم، نشستن و جستجو روی میوه آفتزده و فقط رفتن به سمت میوه آفتزده) و 5 تکرار و با استفاده از دستگاه بوسنج چهار شاخهای رفتار جستجوگری و پیدا کردن میزبان بررسی شد. دوره قبل از تخمگذاری زنبور F. carpomyiae، 6/1 ± 9 روز تعیین شد. لارو سن سوم پس از 2 ± 5 روز به شفیره تبدیل شد. دوره شفیرگی 2 ± 6 روز طول کشید. طول عمر حشرات نر و ماده به ترتیب 4 ± 15 و 5 ± 22 روز محاسبه شد. زنبور ماده F. carpomyiaeدارای تخمریز بلند است که از آن برای رسیدن به میزبان‌های مخفی یا درون میوه استفاده می‌‌‌‌کند. مشاهدههای مستقیم و بررسیهای آماری نشان داد که ابتدا زنبور ماده با استفاده از مواد شیمیایی که احتمالاً در هنگام تخمگذاری مگس میوه روی میوه کنار ترشح شده، به سمت میوههای آلوده به تخم و یا لارو مگس جلب میشود (05/0 >P، 3، 16df=، 37/4 F=) و شروع به حرکت و جستجو کرده، سپس لاروها و یا تخم درون میوه را پیدا کرده و با تخم‌ریز بلند خود پس از سوراخ کردن گوشت میوه یک عدد تخم، داخل بدن میزبان قرار داد. پارازیتویید پس از تغذیه کامل لارو میزبان و شفیره شدن در خاک از پوپاریوم مگس‌ میزبان خارج شد. نمونهبرداریهای انجام شده نشان داد که توانایی پارازیتیسم این زنبور در ماههای مختلف سال از 7 درصد در بهمن ماه تا 6/49 درصد در آذر ماه متفاوت است. میانگین درصد پارازیتیسم سه ساله در منطقه سمل شهرستان دشتستان استان بوشهر 3/3±4/24 درصد محاسبه شد.}, keywords_fa = {مکانیزم پارازیتیسم,Carpomya vesuviana,Fopius carpomyiae,Ziziphus}, url = {https://iprj.guilan.ac.ir/article_500.html}, eprint = {https://iprj.guilan.ac.ir/article_500_a45e2b9dcc8584b7d9b85af0fde438d6.pdf} }
