In this research, the pest seasonal dynamics on early (Prunus persicae var. keres), moderate (Prunus persicae var. zafarani) and late (Prunus persicae var. sibi) ripening peach cultivars was studied by using pheromone traps in three orchards (1 ha), in Mazandaran province during 2012-2013. Four pheromone traps were placed at 1.5-2 m height per orchard for weekly monitoring the adult moths. To determine the larval infestation, 10 trees (per orchard) were selected and 40 new shoots and 100 fruits (from each tree) were randomly inspected per week. The results indicated that A. lineatella had 3-4 generations and overwintered as 1st and 2nd instar larvae inside terminal parts of infested shoots. The first moths were trapped in mid-April with maximum population appeared three weeks later, coinciding with main flushing stage of the trees. The three main peaks of the moths were observed in April, June and July, which almost concur with the huge flushing stage of the trees. The 1st generation larvae generally attacked the new shoots. Feeding activity of second generation of pest was very important for moderate and late ripening cultivars. Fruit damage on moderate and late ripening cultivars was determined around 4.2 and 5.5 percent, respectively. In conclusion, under high density of 2nd and 3rd generations, severe damage on the fruits may be expected and consequently control recommended.}, keywords = {Peach twig borer,Anarsia lineatella,Population dynamic,Mazandaran}, title_fa = {تغییرات فصلی جمعیت و آلودگی سرشاخه‌خوار هلو (Anarsia lineatella Zeller) روی ارقام مختلف هلو در مازندران}, abstract_fa = {سرشاخه خوار هلو (Anarsia lineatella Zeller)، به عنوان یکی از آفات مهم درختان میوه هسته دار در ایران و جهان، هر ساله سبب خسارت شدید میشود. در این تحقیق، تغییرات فصلی این آفت با استفاده از تله فرمونی در سه باغ هلو هر یک به مساحت یک هکتار، با ارقام زودرس (Prunus persicae var. keres)، میان رس (Prunus persicae var. zafarani) و دیررس (Prunus persicae var. sibi) طی سالهای 1391 و 1392 در استان مازندران مطالعه شد. تعداد چهار عدد تله فرمونی در ارتفاع 2-5/1 متر از سطح زمین در هر هکتار نصب شد. برای تعیین وضعیت آلودگی سرشاخه ها و میوه ها به لارو آفت، از 10 اصله درخت (40 سرشاخه و 100 عدد میوه از هر درخت) نمونه برداری هفتگی بصورت تصادفی به عمل آمد. نتایج نشان داد که این آفت دارای 3 تا 4 نسل در سال بود و به صورت لاروهای سنین یک و دو در انتهای سرشاخه های آلوده زمستان گذرانی کرد. اولین حشرات کامل تقریباً در اواخر فروردین ماه شکار شدند و اوج جمعیت آنها حدود سه هفته بعد همزمان با اوج جوانه زنی درختان هلو اتفاق افتاد. مهم ترین اوج های جمعیت آفت در ماه های اردبیهشت، خرداد و تیر مشاهده شد که تقریباً با اوج جوانه زنی درختان تطابق داشت. لاروهای نسل اول آفت عموماً از سرشاخه های جوان گیاه میزبان تغذیه می کردند. فعالیت تغذیه ای نسل دوم آفت روی ارقام میان و دیررس خیلی مهم است. میزان خسارت لارو روی میوه ارقام میانرس و دیررس به ترتیب 2/4 و 5/5 درصد تعیین شد. نتیجه گیری نهایی این است که چنانچه تراکم جمعیت آفت در نسل های دوم و سوم بالا باشد، نیاز به مبارزه است.}, keywords_fa = {سرشاخه هلو,Anarsia lineatella,پویایی جمعیت,مازندران}, url = {https://iprj.guilan.ac.ir/article_4633.html}, eprint = {https://iprj.guilan.ac.ir/article_4633_6a975c9502e17ca3b09f4822dbc19639.pdf} }
