In the present research, the sublethal effects of the entopmopathogenic fungus, Beauveria bassiana were studied on the cellular energy allocation (CEA) of this predator. Conidia suspensions were prepared in five concentrations of 104, 105, 106,107 and 108 conidia ml-1.Fifth-instar nymphs of A. spinidens were immersed in fungal suspensions for 10 seconds. After bioassay and data analysis, the effect of LC30 of B. bassiana were investigated at 25±2 °C, 60%±10% relative humidity and a photoperiod of 16:8 h (L: D). The amounts of available energy (including carbohydrate, glycogen, lipid and protein), energy consumption and cellular energy allocation were estimated. No significant difference was observed in the amounts of available and consumption energies in the treated insects (68.53±0.028 and 6.10±0.01 j/insect, respectively) compared with control (79.61±0.03 and 6.63±0.01 j/insect, respectively). Estimation of cellular energy allocation showed that treated bugs had a lower amount of energy (11.22±0.75 j/insect) compared with control (12±0.37 j/insect), but difference did not cause statistically significant. According to the present study, the sublethal concentrationof B. bassiana (3×105 conidia ml-1) was not caused any significant effect on the biochemical parameters of A. spinidens.}, keywords = {Predatory bug,sublethal concentration,entopmopathogenic fungus cellular energy allocation}, title_fa = {اثر غلظت زیرکشنده قارچ Beauveria bassiana روی تخصیص انرژی سلولی سن شکارگر (Andrallus spinidens Fabricius (Hem.: Pentatomidae}, abstract_fa = {سن شکارگر (Andrallus spinidens Fabricius (Hemiptera: Pentatomidae از عوامل کنترل بیولوژیک لاروهای بال‌پولکداران در مزارع برنج ایران می‌باشد. در تحقیق حاضر، اثرات غلظت زیرکشنده قارچ بیمارگر حشرات، Beauveria bassiana روی تخصیص انرژی سلولی این سن شکارگر مطالعه شد. پنج غلظت‌ 104، 105، 106، 107 و 108 کنیدی بر میلی‌لیتر آماده شدند. پوره‌های سن پنجم A. spinidens در سوسپانسیون‌‍‌های قارچ‌ به مدت 10 ثانیه غوطه‌ور شدند. پس از انجام زیست‌سنجی و تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، برای سایر آزمایش‌ها، غلظت LC30 قارچ مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. آزمایش‌ها در دمای 2±25 درجه سلسیوس، رطوبت نسبی 10±60 درصد و دوره نوری 16 ساعت روشنایی و 8 ساعت تاریکی انجام شدند.مقادیرانرژی در دسترس (شامل کربوهیدرات، گلیکوژن، چربی و پروتئین)،انرژی مصرفی و تخصیص انرژی سلولی در سن شکارگرA. spinidens  برآورد شدند. میزان انرژی‌ در دسترس و مصرفی در حشرات تیمار شده با قارچ (بهترتیب 028/0±53/68 و 01/0±10/6 ژول بر حشره) با شاهد (بهترتیب 03/0±61/79 و 01/0±63/6 ژول بر حشره)اختلافمعنی‌داری نداشت. برآورد تخصیص انرژی سلولی نشان داد که سن‌های تیمار شدهبا قارچمقدار انرژی کمتری (75/0±22/11 ژول بر حشره) در مقایسه با شاهد (37/0±12 ژول بر حشره) داشتند، هر چند این اختلاف از نظر آماری معنی‌دار نبود. طبق مطالعه حاضر، غلظت زیرکشنده، 105×3 کنیدی بر میلی‌لیتر از قارچ  B. bassiana اثر سویی روی پارامترهای بیوشیمیایی آزمایش شده‌ی سن شکارگر A. spinidens ایجاد نمی‌کند.}, keywords_fa = {غلظت زیرکشنده,سن شکارگر,قارچ بیمارگر حشرات,تخصیص انرژی سلولی}, url = {https://iprj.guilan.ac.ir/article_1707.html}, eprint = {https://iprj.guilan.ac.ir/article_1707_b621a70d9f24c7d68da483837023b990.pdf} }
