In fumigant toxicity assays, in addition to common bioassays and probit analysis of the data, two indices of effective concentration and mortality were used for evaluating the essential oil efficacy. In the first method, the minimum concentrations that caused effective mortality (over 90%) were determined against the four pests. In the second one, two constant concentrations; low (0-50% mortality) and high (50-100% mortality) were tested to evaluate different susceptibility of these four insects. Repellency of the essential oil was estimated by applying four concentrations; 0.1, 0.2, 0.41 and 0.83 μl/cm2. LC50 values were 208.9, 248.99, 328.66 and 257.212 μl/L air for the pests, respectively, demonstrating the more sensitivity of sawtoothed grain beetle. In the assays of the concentration as an index, estimated concentrations for the species were 600 (100% mortality), 625 (95% mortality), 700 (100% mortality) and 375 µl/L air (92.5% mortality), respectively. In the assays of the mortality as an index, the low concentration (175 µl/L air) caused 42.5±13.1, 20±0, 15±6.4 and 12.5±9.4% mortality and the high concentration (350 µl/L air) caused 72.5±4.7, 65±6.5, 52.5±8.5 and 72.5±8.5% mortality, respectively. The mean repellencies of four concentrations at three hours after treatment were 61.6±15.9, 49.9±9.6, 48.3±16 and 83.3±4.1%, respectively. The results of this research revealed the average efficacy of citrus lemon peels essential oil for controlling these coleopteran stored products pests.  }, keywords = {Stored products pests,Essential oil,Repellency,fumigant toxicity}, title_fa = {سمیت تنفسی و اثر دورکنندگی اسانس پوست میوه لیمو شیرین (.Citrus Limetta (L روی چهار آفت سخت بالپوش انباری}, abstract_fa = {در این تحقیق سمیت تنفسی و دورکنندگی اسانس پوست میوه لیمو شیرین Citrus limetta روی شپشه دندانه دارOryzaephilu ssurinamensis، شپشه برنج Sitophilus oryzae، سوسک کشیش Rhizopertha dominica وشپشه آرد Tribolium confusumمورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در آزمایش های سمیت تنفسی علاوه بر زیست سنجی و تجزیه پروبیت اثر اسانس روی آفات، کارایی اسانس با مبنا قرار دادن دو شاخص غلظت و مرگ ومیر موثر نیز برآورد شد. در روش اول پایین‌ترین غلظت لازم برای ایجاد مرگ‌ومیر موثر (بیش از 90 درصد) روی هر کدام از گونه ها بدست آمد. در روش دوم حساسیت متفاوت گونه ها از طریق مقایسه کارایی دو غلظت پایین (50-0 درصد مرگ‌ومیر) و بالا (100-50 درصد مرگ‌ومیر) آزمایش شد. قابلیت دورکنندگی اسانس با استفاده از چهار غلظت 1/0، 2/0، 41/0 و µL/cm²83/0 برآورد شد. میزان LC50 اسانس برای آفات ذکر شده به ترتیب 9/208، 99/248، 66/328 وµl/L air 12/257 برآورد شد که نشان دهنده حساسیت بیشتر شپشه دندانه دار بود. در آزمایش های شاخص غلظت، مقادیر بدست آمده بترتیب 600 (100% مرگ‌ومیر)، 625 (95% مرگ‌ومیر)، 700 (100% مرگ‌ومیر) و µl/L air 375 (5/92% مرگ‌ومیر) بود. در آزمایش های شاخص مرگومیر، غلظت پایین (µl/L air175) به ترتیب باعث 1/13±5/42، 0±20، 4/6±15 و 4/9±5/12 درصد مرگومیر و غلظت بالا (µl/L air 350) به ترتیب باعث 7/4±5/72، 5/6±65، 5/8±5/52 و 5/8±5/72 درصد مرگ ومیر شدند. میانگین دورکنندگی ناشی از چهار غلظت در سه ساعت پس از تیمار برای آفات ذکر شده به ترتیب 9/15±6/66، 6/9±9/49، 6/1±3/48 و 1/4±3/83 درصد بود. نتایج این تحقیق نشان دهنده کارایی متوسط اسانس پوست میوه لیمو شیرین برای کنترل این سخت بالپوشان آفت محصولات انباری است.}, keywords_fa = {آفات انباری,اسانس,دورکنندگی,سمیت تدخینی}, url = {https://iprj.guilan.ac.ir/article_1293.html}, eprint = {https://iprj.guilan.ac.ir/article_1293_7c65f1aae6805cb71a06f9ec2471515f.pdf} }
