زیست شناسی شپشک آردآلود پنبه (Phenacoccus solenopsis (Hem.: Pseudococcidae روی درختچه ختمی چینی در شرایط صحرایی اهواز
شپشک آردآلود پنبه Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley آفتی مخرب در مناطق گرمسیری و نیمه گرمسیری جهان میباشد که به تازگی آلودگی های شدیدی روی درختچه ختمی چینی Hibiscus rosa-sinensis L. در جنوب ایران ایجاد کرده است. پژوهش حاضر زیست شناسی این شپشک را روی این درختچه به عنوان مهم ترین میزبان آن در اهواز در شرایط صحرایی در سال های 93-1392 مورد بررسی قرار داد. نتایج بررسی ها نشان داد که این شپشک در تمام طول سال در اهواز فعال بوده و 11 نسل را سپری می کند.کوتاه ترین نسل های آن نسل های سوم، چهارم و پنجم می باشند که از نیمه دوم اردیبهشت تا نیمه دوم تیر به ترتیب 84/0±63/21، 01/1±48/21 و 55/1±11/23 روز بدون اختلاف معنی دار طول کشیدند. نسل یازدهم به عنوان طولانی ترین نسل از اواسط آذر شروع و تا اوایل فروردین به مدت 63/19±20/90 روز به طول انجامید. نحوه ی تولیدمثل ماده ها به صورت دوجنسی بود و در هیچ کدام از نسل ها بکرزایی مشاهده نشد. بیشترین میانگین باروری متعلق به ماده های نسل هشتم در مهر ماه و به میزان 00/35±19/432 پوره بود. کمترین میانگین باروری نیز در مادههای نسل دهم در زمستان و به میزان 33/1±58/10 تخم مشاهده شد. کمترین و بیشترین نسبت جنسی به ترتیب 69% و 96% و در نسل های نهم و یازدهم مشاهده شد. نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که شپشک آردآلود پنبه روی درختچه ی ختمی چینی از ظرفیت تولیدمثل بالایی برخوردار بوده و می تواند به خوبی در شرایط نامساعد تابستان اهواز به رشد و نمو خود ادامه دهد. این نتایج می تواند در تعیین راهکارهای مدیریت این آفت مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

ارزیابی یک روش کچرز اصلاحشده جهت استخراج دیازینون و ادیفنفوس از دو خاک مختلف شالیزارهای برنج با استفاده از HPLC-UV
در این پژوهش، کارایی استخراج دیازینون و ادیفنفوس از دو خاک شالیزار با درصدهای ماده آلی متفاوت توسط یک روش کچرز اصلاحشده بررسی شد. روشها شامل استخراج 10 گرم خاک با استونیتریل بدون افزودن و همراه با افزودن آب به نمونهها، استخراج 5 گرم خاک با استونیتریل همراه با افزودن آب به نمونهها و استخراج 5 گرم خاک با اتیل استات همراه با افزودن آب به نمونهها بودند. خالصسازی به کمک روش استخراج فاز جامد پخش شونده انجام شد. اندازهگیری کمی آفتکشها با استفاده از کروماتوگرافی مایع و آشکارساز فرابنفش/مرئی صورت گرفت. بر اساس نتایج، درصد ماده آلی خاک تأثیر معنیداری بر کارایی استخراج دو آفتکش داشت. عواملی همچون کاهش حجم نمونه و افزودن آب به آن پیش از استخراج و استفاده از اتیل استات بهعنوان حلال تأثیر معنیداری در افزایش کارایی استخراج داشتند. بهترین درصدهای بازیابی (70 تا 110 درصد) و انحراف معیار نسبی (کمتر از 20 درصد) با استفاده از استخراج 5 گرم خاک توسط اتیل استات به همراه افزودن آب به نمونهها به دست آمد. نتایج کالیبراسیون حاکی از خطی بودن این روش در محدوده غلظتهای 5/0 تا 10 میکروگرم بر گرم بود. حساسیت مناسب روش برای دو آفتکش در دو خاک با توجه به مقادیر حد تشخیص و کمی شدن تخمینی (07/0 تا 54/0 میکروگرم بر گرم) تأیید شد.

اثرات حشره کشی فرمولاسیون استیک اسانس پنج گونه گیاه دارویی علیه شپشه دندانه دار Oryzaephilus surinamensis و لمبه غلات، Trogoderma granarium
اسانس های برخی از گونه های گیاهی خواص حشر هکشی خوبی علیه آفات انباری، که یکی از مهم ترین عوامل خسارتزای پس از برداشت مواد غذایی به شمار میآیند از خود نشان دادهاند. در این مطالعه اسانس گیاهان گلپر (Heracleum persicum)، آویشن (Thymus vulgaris)، اکالیپتوس (Eucalyptus globules)، نعناع فلفلی (Mentha piperita) و ژرانیوم (Pelargonium roseum) به صورت استیکهای 5/2 گرمی (10 درصد) فرموله شد و میزان تلفات، دورکنندگی و دوام اثر کشندگی آن ها روی دو گونه از آفات مهم انباری شامل شپشه دندانه دار، Oryzaephilus surinamensis، و لمبه غلات، Trogoderma granarium، در آزمایشگاه در دمای 1 ± 28 درجه سلسیوس و رطوبت نسبی 5 ± 70 درصد در شرایط تاریکی بررسی شد. نتایج حاصل نشان داد که در میان گیاهان مختلف استیک ژرانیوم وگلپر کمترین اثر کشندگی و نعناع فلفلی و آویشن بیشترین تاثیر کشندگی را به ویژه روی شپشه دندانه دار داشته اند. بالاترین اثر دورکنندگی در نعناع فلفلی و اکالیپتوس روی شپشه دندانه دار مشاهده شد (به ترتیب 94 و 6/91 درصد)، در حالی که دورکنندگی ژرانیوم روی هر دو گونه آفت زیر 20 درصد مشاهده شد. دوام کشندگی استیک ها در مقایسه با اسانس خالص گیاهان تفاوت معنی داری داشت، به طوری که از روز چهارم تا پایان هفته هشتم میزان تلفات به طور تقریبی ثابت بود، در حالی که دوام اسانس های خالص پس از 2-3 هفته به شدت کاهش یافت که نشان دهنده رهایش آهسته اسانس در فرمولاسیون استیک می باشد.

زیستشناسی و دامنه غذایی کفشدوزک هفتنقطهای (Coccinella septempunctata L. (Col.: Coccinellidae در مزارع یونجه منطقه باجگاه (شیراز)
کفشدوزک هفتنقطهای (Coccinella septempunctata L.) یکی از دشمنان طبیعی متداول با پراکنش گسترده در زیست بومهای کشاورزی میباشد که نقش مهمی را در کنترل شتههای مضر روی محصولات مختلف ایفا میکند. این پژوهش با هدف مطالعه زیستشناسی و تنوع تغذیهای کفشدوزک هفتنقطهای در مزارع یونجه منطقه باجگاه واقع در شمال شیراز انجام گرفت. بدین منظور نمونهبرداریهایی از این مزارع با استفاده از تور حشرهگیری استاندارد در سالهای 93-1392 صورت گرفت. تغییرات جمعیت به صورت هفتگی ثبت و محتویات معده میانی حشرات کامل نیز برای هر ماه مشخص شد. نتایج نشان داد که این کفشدوزک در شرایط باجگاه دارای سه نسل در سال میباشد. زمستانگذرانی کفشدوزک هفتنقطهای در شرایط آب و هوایی منطقه باجگاه از اواسط آذرماه آغاز شد. بررسی هایی که روی دامنه غذایی این حشره در منطقه باجگاه صورت گرفت نشان داد که بیشترین میزان مصرف شکارگر از شتهها در ماههای فروردین و اردیبهشت بوده است. همزمان با کاهش تعداد شتهها در خرداد و تیر، گرایش سریع کفشدوزک به تغذیه از اسپورهای قارچ آلترناریا مشاهده شد. پس از اتمام مرحله استراحت تابستانه در شهریورماه، گردهی گلها غذای اصلی شکارگر را تشکیل میدادند. در طی فصل پاییز نیز نیازهای متابولیکی کفشدوزکها و انرژی ذخیره شده آن ها برای زمستانگذرانی به طور مشترک از طریق اسپورهای قارچ و گرده گلهای مختلف تامین شد.

در پژوهش حاضر، باتوجه به تأثیر کیفیت گیاه میزبان بر ویژگی های زیستی دشمنان طبیعی (تأثیر رو به بالا)، میزان سازگاری زنبور پارازیتوئید Trichogramma brassicae Bezdenko با ارقام حساس ("Infinity") و مقاوم ("Goldy") گوجهفرنگی نسبت به شبپرهی مینوز گوجهفرنگی، (Tuta absoluta (Meyrick، در شرایط آزمایشگاهی با دمای 1 ± 25 درجهی سلسیوس، رطوبت نسبی 5 ± 65 درصد و دورهی نوری 16 ساعت روشنایی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. در تجزیه ی داده ها، از نظریه ی جدول زندگی دو جنسی ویژهی سن- مرحلهی زیستی استفاده شد. طول مراحل رشد و نمو نابالغ زنبور پارازیتوئید T. brassicae روی رقم "Infinity" 06/0 ± 80/12 (روز) بود که تفاوت معنیداری با مقدار محاسبه شده ی این دوره ی زیستی روی رقم "Goldy" داشت (07/0 ± 31/12 روز). میانگین تعداد تخم های پارازیت شده ی شب پر هی مینوز گوجهفرنگی توسط این زنبور پارازیتوئید روی ارقام "Infinity" و "Goldy" به ترتیب برابر با 67/2 ± 28/36 و 65/2 ± 30/39 (تخم/ماده) بود که اختلاف معنی داری با یکدیگر نداشتند. مرگ و میر مراحل نابالغ این پارازیتوئید روی ارقام "Infinity" و "Goldy" نیز به ترتیب برابر با 95/3 ± 97/65 و 05/4 ± 64 (درصد) بود که از نظر آماری اختلاف معنی داری بین آن ها مشاهده نشد. مقادیر محاسبه شده ی نرخ خالص تولید مثل (R0)، نرخ ذاتی افزایش جمعیت (r) و نرخ متناهی افزایش جمعیت (λ) زنبور پارازیتوئید T. brassicae روی رقم "Infinity" به ترتیب برابر با 33/1 ± 31/7 (نتاج/فرد)، 013/0 ± 139/0 (بر روز) و 015/0 ± 150/1 (بر روز) بود که اختلاف معنیداری با مقادیر محاسبه شده ی این پارامترها روی رقم "Goldy" نداشت (بهترتیب 47/1 ± 36/8 [نتاج/فرد]، 013/0 ± 154/0 [بر روز] و 015/0 ± 167/1 [بر روز]). متوسط مدت زمان یک نسل (T) زنبور پارازیتوئید T. brassicae روی ارقام "Infinity" و "Goldy" نیز به ترتیب برابر با 08/0 ± 26/14 و 09/0 ± 76/13 روز بود که از نظر آماری اختلاف معنی داری با یکدیگر داشتند. از نتایج پژوهش حاضر میتوان اینگونه استنباط نمود که وجود عامل مقاومت احتمالی در رقم گوجهفرنگی "Goldy" با عامل کنترل بیولوژیک T. brassicae سازگار بوده و احتمالاً میتوان این دو عامل را همزمان علیه شبپرهی مینوز گوجهفرنگی به کار برد.

تاثیر سیستم های کشت نواری کلزای بهاره و شبدر در بهبود کنترل طبیعی (.Plutella xylostella (L
شب پره پشت الماسی، (.Plutella xylostella (L آفت مهم کلزا در ایران است. در این تحقیق، تاثیر چهار تیمار شامل کشت نواری دو، چهار و شش ردیف کلزا (Ca) در تناوب با دو ردیف شبدر (Cl) (2Ca: 2Cl, 4Ca: 2Cl, and 6Ca: 2Cl) و تک کشتی کلزا در تراکم P. xylostella، تنوع گون های شکارگرهای آن، درصد تخ مها، لاروها و شفیره های پارازیته شده و عملکرد محصول در شرایط مزرعه واقع در منطقه اردبیل در طول دو سال 1394 و 1395 مطالعه شد. تراکم تخم ها، لاروها و شفیره های شب پره در تککشتی کلزا به طور معنی داری بیشتر از هر سه سیستم کشت نواری بود. شاخص تنوع شانون (H) برای ترکیب گون های شکارگرهای شبپره در هر سه تیمار کشت نواری به طور معنی داری بیشتر از تک کشتی کلزا بود. مقدار شاخص شباهت تنوع گونه ای موریسیتا-هورن (CMH) برای ترکیب گونه ای شکارگرهای شب پره بین نظام تک کشتی کلزا با هر یک از تیمارهای کشت نواری (898/0≤ CMH) کمتر از مقدار این شاخص بین سه تیمار کشت نواری (957/0≤ CMH) بود. درصد تخم ها، لاروها و شفیره های پارازیته شده در هر سه سیستم کشت نواری به طور معنی داری بیشتر از تک کشتی کلزا بود. علاوه بر آن، درصد تخم ها و لاروهای پارازیته شده در 2Ca: 2Cl به طور معنی داری بیشتر از 6Ca: 2Cl بود. همچنین، درصد کاهش وزن خشک دانه ها به ازای یک گیاه کلزا در 2Ca: 2Cl و 4Ca: 2Cl به طور مع نیداری کمتر از سایر تیمارهای مورد مطالعه بود. این نتایج نشان می دهند که کشت نواری 2Ca: 2Cl و 4Ca: 2Cl می تواند در مدیریت تلفیقی P. xylostellaدر مزارع کلزا مفید باشد.

گزارش زنبور پارازیتویید (Encarsia perniciosi (Tower) (Hym.: Aphelinidae از روی سپردار سفید توت، (Pseudaulacaspis pentagona Targioni-Tozzetti) در ایران
سپردار سفید یا شپشک توت، (Pseudaulacaspis pentagona (Targioni-Tozzetti) (Hemiptera: Diaspididae آفتی چندینخوار است که از 120 جنس در 55 خانواده گیاهی تغذیه میکند. به منظور شناسایی پارازیتوییدهای این آفت در استان مازندران، شاخههایی درختان کیوی حامل سپردار با استفاده از قیچی باغبانی از روی درخت قطع شدند. سپس هر شاخه درون لیوانهای یکبار مصرف به ارتفاع 12 و عرض 5 سانتیمتر با درپوش توری و با نصب پنبه مرطوب در انتهای شاخه قرار گرفت و در شرایط اتاق نگهداری شدند. در بین نمونههای شناسایی شده گونه (Encarsia perniciosi (Tower) (Hym.: Aphelinidae برای اولین بار از روی سپردار سفید از ایران گزارش میشود.
